Graves Middle School Addition South Whittier School District

This project has a unique radial design and is the “Gateway” to the
District’s educational park encompassing the District offices and middle school with a multi-use facility and elementary school.

About Project

The existing 1960’s era school is transformed into the 21’t century middle school campus with a new office building, gymnasium, locker rooms, and thirteen specialized classrooms. Careful coordination between WLC, the District, and community was needed as the project was in the heart of the campus. Schedule and sequencing of work was critical as the “original” school was required to remain operational during construction.
