La Jolla Elementary School

This project, one of CPM’s prototype elementary schools (based on Towngate) was constructed simultaneously with the Ramona and Chaparral Hills Elementary School projects for the Moreno Valley Unified School District.

About Project

The school, also a 50/50 State funded project with a similar budget, was constructed on an 8 acre site where remediation measures were taken to address expansive soils. The project was also “fast-tracked” with substantial completion achieved in 11 ½ months.
