About Project

WLC Architects and California Professional Management were hired together as the “single-source” integrated team to design and assist in prioritizing the District’s wish list and help relate the current building code “must do’s” for site and building access while working with staff to determine the best construction phasing approach without having to add the costs of interim classrooms. The solution after the District prioritized the scope was to obtain the Division of the State¬†Architect’s approval for ill1priorities to allow flexibility for possible changes in¬†funding.
