Vanguard Preparatory School Apple Valley Unified School District

The project is based on the addition of a new modular campus adjacent to an existing elementary school. The school was reconfigured to meet the physical needs of the new Vanguard Preparatory K-8 campus including the addition of
(24) modular classrooms, (3) science laboratories, restroom, and expanded library.

About Project

Additional parking, common areas, playgrounds, and utility infrastructure were also provided. The goal was to meet the District’s “immediate need” to house kids, allowing time for careful planning for a future middle school. As the District found additional funding, WLC was able to phase-in the gymnasium/locker and kitchen facility while renovating the existing administration building.
