On this unique project, CPM was hired by the City to provide comprehensive design and construction management services under a "single-source" integrated project delivery methodology.

The 32,364 square foot facility is designed to house all of the necessary departments including: Police Administration (Records/Evidence/Dispatch), Patrol Operations, Investigations, and general support areas. Special building features include a Police Department Media Room, state of the art Dispatch Center, Emergency Operations area, and Fitness area.

About Project

Energy conservation features include natural day lighting, dual pane glazing, sun screening devices, high efficiency HVAC systems, and provisions for future photo voltaic technologies. In the event of an emergency, capability has been provided to run all essential functions by means of an on-site emergency power generation system. The 4 acre site includes space for secured parking of patrol cars, special emergency vehicles, and staff.
